Singer "The name speaks for itself"
1 of 1 found this helpful Singer makes a great sewing Machine. My first experience was a Treadle Machine many many years ago. In Home Economics class it was a Singer straight stitch electric.. As a young adult I had a Singer Bicentential Zig Zag .. Now I have this wonderful Singer Quilter.. I LOVE it. Working on my first project and having a great time learning as I go. So I can say I span 50 + years with the Singer Machines. Each one has been a " JOY to own".
This Machine is easy to thread, the bobbin winds like a breeze and threading it is so easy. Runs like a dream through layers of double seams, and never bogs down. Stitches are even and with so many to choose from your options are unlimited. You can't go wrong with this machine. It's just what I needed to give me the confidence to try out and learn new skills.
