  Sadly, the item never arrived and according to the delivery company, the parcel had not been received by them. The seller first stated that I had to investigate this problem myself, then claimed it was delivered without offering any real proof. EBay had to step in and refund me, stating that no valid delivery info was provided to them, so my claim was upheld. Disappointing.
