  Seller shipped $300 pool balls in a bag... The box inside the bag arrived with sides blown out and balls rolling around loose in the bag because there was nothing protecting it. EPIC FAIL...

  Buyer claims damage, contradicting their photo of a pristine, sealed package. The rigid internal box with custom-fit plastic cradles for each ball would require significant force to damage, unlikely given the package's condition. We contacted buyer for damage details/photos (none received) and offered a full refund. We ship carefully in padded priority envelopes. Striving for customer satisfaction.
