The MT-32 is awesome. A must-have for retro computer fans.
I have dreamed of getting an MT-32 for years - it’s great to finally have one. My biggest fear in buying it was that it would be difficult to hook up - I bought it with the intent of playing retro PC games via ScummVM, and didn’t know how difficult that would be in interfacing it with modern hardware.
However, I just hooked up the MIDI input to my FastLane USB, and it recognized and worked perfectly. Make sure if you’re using it with ScummVM to check the “True Roland MT-32” setting - otherwise, it will send General MIDI signals to the device and play generally incorrect sounds.

Definitely worth your money if you enjoy these sorts of CGI trip films.
