Useful and effective.

Occasionally in the day time and often at night, to aid restful sleep.
It is not addictive and seems to do the job.

Great for massaging into painful or inflamed muscles and joints
This oil has unique qualities which greatly relieve any inflammation or pain in bones, muscles and joints.
Arthritis in feet or hands or anywhere needed.
I also believe it is very beneficial for the scalp to encourage healthy hair growth.(which i have yet to try.)
A little goes along way and this is very good quality oil.
I usually put two bottles in the freezer whilst using the third, then use as needed.
Worth the initail outlay and good value all round.
Highly recommended.

Effective.
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is very similar in content to one I have previously used,
except this is cheaper.
I think it is effective in helping my digestion so I shall probably buy
it again.
