He had been tasked with clearing the backlog .So we'll done the Post Office and we'll done that man who had apparently gone in early to look for it. For some reason which is lost on me, they have contacted Richard and asked him to submit a complaint from his end!!He has no reason to complain, he has been paid and insists that he has acted correctly. I would appreciate your intervention, I have already bought the repair/replacement bits and have got on with the repairs
