Heavy Duty Tool
Breaks loose the most stubborn of rusted-to-rim tires. Only way to go on old split-rims. Good tool that will last a lifetime, if not for generations.

Not all parts fit out of the box
The rubber seals that rest against the valve washer were a few tenths of a millimeter too wide resulting in the cylinder not being able to draw in brake fluid from the reservoir. Had to put back the old parts to get it working. Might work by rubbing down one side of the seal but I was too fed up to try this. The other seals and the reservoir seals were OK though.
