Be VERY cautious
Used for a few months. Went to renew the fuel line and the filter split in two, as I tried to pull off one of the fuel lines. It's held together with just a sliver of glue. I won't trust this type again.

Couldn't get it to cure
1 of 1 found this helpful The instructions for curing are very impractical for a typical DIY user. The paint needs very careful handling after application, as it is very soft. Even after 12 hours it's possible to scratch the surface far too easily.
This was sprayed directly onto cleaned/roughened exhaust headers of a Ducati motorcycle. The bike was started up in short bursts, allowing the exhaust to cool down each time. As per the instructions, smoke could be seen coming from the paint, so there was an impression of the paint being cured.
After leaving overnight, a similar series of warm ups were done. The paint was still not cured after all of this. Touching it gave off a fine powder.
A 120 mile run did nothing to harden the paint up and once cooled, a wipe of the exhaust header with a paper towel was sufficient to remove the paint.
Note that in this instance the metal is low grade stainless steel (it rusts readily) but the paint was altogether unsatisfactory.
What a shame, as the bright silver finish looked really promising. :-(

Be wary of the colour!
More of an orange gold, rather than yellow gold.
