  Minifigure arrived without base plate even though it was shown in the photo on the listing. When I reached out to the seller they offered small refund and sent a sarcastic reply saying just because it’s in the photo doesn’t mean it is included, and that the ikea bowl in the photo wasn’t included either.. this message has now been deleted strangely! I did get a refund for THEIR error, but no apology.

  Item arrived in subpar packaging for a rigid product. Packaging subsequently split during transit (I assume) causing most of the body of the item to fall out. Only couple of parts arrived (these were new from what I could tell) - envelope was torn to shreds as was the polybag inside. Contacted seller for replacement/re-order but no comms.
