Plenty of options to barbecue in different layers or ways, also using smoked wood chips is easy.
very much a traditional way to cook and there are hatches which allow access to the layers or
simply removing a layer and using single level, the base allow smoking via wood chips and
easily transfers up through the other grill levels, very versatile.
