    My purchase was expected to be "new" cartridges but the expiration dates on all cartridge boxes had been blacked out so that I could not see how old they were. As well, one box had been opened and resealed. The seller was extremely responsive to my questions and complaints and offered to replace or refund at my preference. I would recommend this seller because he is very responsive and accommodative. I removed one star as the product was not actually in "new" condition as advertised.
