Fasting changed my life and of those around me.
3 of 3 found this helpful If anyone wishes to know the fastest and safest way to good long health it is fasting. This book describes how to fast, what it does to your body and what to expect during and after fasting, and what type of foods to eat to maintain health.
As a now converted faster I have also spread the word to neighbors and friends, some of whom were highly skeptical (as was I at first). A friend lost 7 pounds (over 2.5kg) in one weekend of fasting (fri evening to mon lunchtime). It's free, no monthly subscription, no supplements, no cooking, no washing up, no medications, no shopping. Simply drinking water. The best effect on me was a huge reduction in my joint pains within 5 days of my first fast (lasted 6 days, the longest I ever went to date). I'm now 100% pain free.
