This product is excellent i have been using daily for the past 2years. Had problems with piles for many years nothing ever worked that the Doctors prescribed until they let me know about Pilex . I have had no pain, discomfort, and itching since I started taking this on a daily basis. Started off with 6 a day for 2 weeks then took 4 a day for another 2 weeks. And after that always 2 a day. For my issues I have had no pain and discomfort after the first couple of weeks but continued with Doctors prescription. I have not stopped as I feel that this keeps all the swelling down I have had no problems or flare ups in 2 years. I feel this is all due to these amazing tablets that seem to have the correct ingredients and the Company name as they have had many years of experience in all sorts of herbal medicines.I have always been very diligent with my diet and exercise still am but these certainly give relief on all levels.
