Lots of good information

"Scientific studies have now proven that a woman has a better chance of conceiving if she uses a mind-body programme than if she underwent an IVF procedure" I got things from this book that I didn't from other sources - how hypnotherapy works for fertility, Taoism, etc. It is not all A couple of chapters were less scientific than I like... presenting assumptions as fact ...but overall the plus points outweighed the minus. It's a nice mixture of theory and practical application. One word of caution - either skip the chapter on stress, or read also Kelly McGonigal's book 'The Upside of Stress - why stress is good for you and how to get good at it)'. Studies show that telling people that stress is bad for them creates the negative effects, not the stress itself.
