Wonderful product

I would highly recommend using this product. My 14 year old jack russell had two Vestibular incidents. He is now more or less recovered and his head has gone back straight and his eyes have gone back clear. He looked like he had a brain injury before

Useless instructions

I have never seen such useless instructions on how to put it together. I could not see how to assemble the top part ( section 2) on the instructions and I am not stupid and am used to putting things together. Seller suggested I contact the manufacturer who suggested I contact the supplier. I eventually worked out myself but took hours longer than it should have done if the instructions had been clear. I can help anyone who needs it now.
