Uncertain secondary voltage!

Lovely little transformer, but open circuit secondary instead of being 4.5 + 4.5 volts measures about 6 + 6 volts rms. Hopefully will regulate to spec when some load is applied!

Disappointed!

Would be better if it worked. Tried it on both iPhone and ipad, but in neither case will it read anything plugged into the female USB.
