His reply was to go hunt it down. He told me he contacted Ebay and FedEx which Ebay informed me he never did. He is the one that needs to open a lost package request and is ghosting me all together. Horrible customer service. He complained to me prior that Ebay was only for the buyer with frustration as he is retired yet he doesn't care once he gets his money.

1 of 1 found this helpful I'm pleased with the refurbished hp02. I didn't notice any defects and it works fine. I enjoy using the app and the features it provides. Filter came in with 76% but fir the price it was a bargain.
