Title is accurate if one understands "classical" to mean serious music rather than popular music.
It has a good, broad selection of works for solo piano, including many that are not widely anthologized. The selection is heavily weighted, however, toward easier and mid-difficulty levels; very few pieces qualify as suitable or challenging for advanced players.

Excellent instruction manual for learning to play the concertina
This book provides very clear and thorough instructions for learning to play the concertina, with clear fingering charts, descriptions of key signatures and meter, directions on moving the bellows and using the thumb key to avoid damage to the bellows, and well-chosen melodies from very simple to more complicated pieces. The author makes no assumptions about previous experience in reading music but starts from scratch. This is the best introduction to learning the concertina that I have seen.
