    I placed my order on September 14, but I have not received the item to this day. The seller has not responded to any of my messages, and the tracking number provided does not work, so the shipment cannot be monitored. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the seller. I believe this seller is fraudulent, as they take money but do not deliver any products.

Low value items <£25 we send untracked, you were not provided a tracking number and this is the first point you have let us know it was not received....
