Sent a used item, not new as advertised. When I complained they said it was new. I pointed out that it was evidently removed from another device, because it was wrinkled and had traces of glue on, and they tried to claim that they tested it for a few days before sales. I pointed out that it was a ridiculous claim, and not a sustainable business model and they offered me a refund if I returned it at my own expense. All I wanted was what was advertised.
