  I create this order by mistake on a Xbox One S and didn't read the description in the title that the HDMI port was loose/weak. It was my fault for not reading the description carefully. Eventhough the seller does not accept returns, the seller was very generous to let me return the item back to him and give me a full refund. The package was shipped out very quickly and packaged very secure/protected. Everything was just as described in the seller description. Thank you for coming to agreement
