  This item was sold as "used", but it is in absolutely mint condition - amazing value! It came with a HEPA filter, which likewise seemed to be brand-new, so we were very impressed! There was no dust pre-filter fitted, but the advertisement made it very clear that only a HEPA filter would come with the unit. If I had to find something to complain about, there should perhaps have been a warning attached that a prefilter must be fitted so as not to shorten the life of the very expensive HEPA.
