Wrong item turned up, then was told they sent to wrong customer. Was then told other customer wanted to keep my item so they would have to refund and could I send the wrong item I received back. Sent it back, then asked where it was as they had not received- it was sent back via Royal Mail!!!! Then other customer contacted me direct to say they have the item I should have had and didn't want it as no use to them!!!! Complete waste of time/ hassle for nothing.
