    I want to clarify the situation for anyone reading this. The buyer received a FULL REFUND promptly. The complaint seems to be based on counting non-working days, which is not standard practice. Additionally, the buyer was informed that the item had already been sold locally and was no longer available at the time of purchase. While I understand the frustration, it's important to note that we did everything possible to resolve the issue fairly. A neutral perspective would be more appropriate.
