    Charger listed as new and unused and a BIN. Item shipped out and took a while to get here. On arrival I immediately noted that the item had been opened and used. There were multiple seals broken on the back and the protective sticker on LCD was missing. Contacted seller, who is very quick to respond to messages, and he took care of the issue immediately. He refunded in full without even getting the item back. Anyone can make a mistake on condition but the excellent service made up for it! A+

    Camcorder arrived promptly, and with the great job of packing (by the seller) playing a pivotal role in keeping it safe from the "rough handling" the package experienced during delivery. The box, even though marked 'FRAGILE' had definitely not been treated as such by delivery service, at No Fault of the Seller. Would definitely purchase from this seller, again, in the future!
