Really useful book
Useful to refer to when not sure about home freezing generally. Bought to replace a tattered copy from 1970's - but this one was even better as there was extra content over the original and it has been updated as well.

Panasonic bread maker - minor problems
No instruction book or measuring spoon supplied - fortunately I had an identical model previously and had kept the book.One of the legs of the machine is shorter than the other three, with the result that it wobbles when in use - an old £1 coin under the short leg solves this problem.
It makes good bread, and apart from the above niggles it is satisfactory.
