Did not answer email concerning shipment when I was concerned the shipment wouldn't arrive in time to use on a job. No answer about transaction when delivery date plus ebay wait time was passed. Ebay did get me a refund but this one wasted time and had me spend a LOT more solving a problem that could have been avoided had Ebay thrown them off already.

Oem filters are the best
The Kenmore filter is the best some aftermarket filters leave a bad taste
