  Prodotto come da descrizione, spedizione fatta partire molto velocemente. Venditore serio e disponibile. Solo l'imballaggio poteva essere un po' più accurato, trattandosi di flaconi di shampoo dovevano essere avvolti nella carta a bolle per una migliore protezione. Due flaconi hanno avuto una piccola fuoriuscita di prodotto, nulla di irreparabile, però consiglio più accortezza nell'imballaggio, considerato che il pacco potrebbe non essere trattato benissimo.

  Excellent seller , did receive communication last night -so no need really to be concerned. I opened a case , but no need as Items arrived today 5.6.25. Items were extremely well packed and they are super value for money. Bottles are sturdy with pretty packaging. Items arrived in good condition and product smells lovely. Many thanks :)

  This second item I purchased from this seller in my first order but unfortunately, it arrived with the lid rather dented - although I could still open/close it. This could have been prevented if the item had been wrapped in some bubble wrap instead of just being placed in a plastic postal bag. Having said that, I would still purchase from this seller in the future as this may have been a one-off. I didn't bother reporting the damage to the seller as the hair paste was for my own use.

  Good seller, high quality product, great price, dispatched in good time, good communications and response to my enquiries…BUT….they used Evri, so a 2-day delivery turned into 7 long days… 4 days for Evri even to acknowledge receipt and a further 3 days to get to me. Not good. Evri is generally acknowledged to be one of the two worst couriers in Britain, along with Yodel, so why do sellers insist on using them?
