Cleaned it ONCE AND IT CRAPPED OUT

SO, I'm a chef and I used this fryer at work for quite sometime after being impressed with it, I raved about it to my partner and was pleasantly surprised when this arrived at our doorstep! From work, I knew that the heating element could NOT be submerged in water and as a result I was very careful in cleaning it at home. Unfortunately, after cleaning it ONCE after my FIRST USE AT HOME the machine's heating element no longer turns on. I am so disappointed and even though it's a product I am familiar with I will never recommend any person to buy this because once you clean the element it won't work and you'll be left stuck. I purchased an Avantco countertop fryer and that has been working fairly well for me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WARING FRYER TO ANYONE!!!
