  AVOID! I bought an iPad from this seller which was described as new but when it arrived there was no plug with it and it had the remains of a sticker on the back. The worst thing though was the guarantee had expired. They said they would give me £40 back for the plug but I said I needed a bit more so I could get independent insurance which they agreed was fair. Then I never heard back from them any more despite multiple messages.

  Item was not new, was not black, didnt come with a remote and wasn't delivered on time. Saying all this, am happy with the item as a backup and can sort out other issues. As the item is no available from Acer, and the new replacement is £500, am satisfied with the outcome
