Wrong colour sent, seller initially responded quickly and offered a 10% refund but when I declined became hard to communicate with. At no point was I offered a swap for the colour I'd ordered (I presume the seller didn't want to cover the postage). I opened a case which the seller asked me to close before the partial refund we finally settled on had been paid. In the end eBay had to step in. Very disappointing and a ridiculous phaff for such a low value item.
