Personally waited two weeks to receive item before opening 'item not received with eBay, allowing full opportunity for communication and explanation of plausible reason for delay, yet no communication at all even after case initiated. eBay refunded as per their policy. Sharing so that future buyers may have fair description of my one experience at that time of this seller.
