Used EIS are only goid for spares
These switches can only be used as spares to repair another switch that is faulty as thety require expensive and sophisticated equipment to program them. Not to mentiion a highly skilled techniciam
They should also sell much cheaper and not returnsble. This one i bought was faulty but i did not return it as i know they are only good for componentd
