Great forgiving watercolour paper

I am teaching art to adults and have been using this 300gsm card/paper for watercolour Christmas card workshops. It is good value, forgiving thick watercolour paper. It is slightly textured, equivalent to a NOT surface. There is little difference between the two sides of the paper and I found the results were similar on both sides. The paper copes well when working very wet and allows glazing, lifting and overworking without destroying the surface. Yes it did buckle a bit (expand) when using a lot of water (we didn't stretch the paper), but dried nice and flat without any weighting. This premium card/paper is also a good white colour. No negatives for me.
