Petcock Fuel Valve Assembly FOR Yamaha Motorcycles / Dirt Bikes 1984-2008

It fits the tank, but not the stock fuel line.

I bought this as a replacement for the factory petcock that began to leak. This one is of good quality and great price compared to an original equipment replacement, but it does require a modification to properly seal at the fuel line of a Vstar 1100. I was a bit disappointed that I had to hunt around for a small piece of stiffer hose to put on the petcock first, in order to get a drip proof seal. The brass fitting is quite a bit smaller in diameter than the one on this item.
