Very poor quality
0 of 2 found this helpful Very flimsy flexible rods only suitable for the slightest of blockages. 2 rods creased and buckled once the plunger reached the blockage in my sewer pipe. Cheap but false economy.

Arrived damaged
I didn't get to assemble it as it arrived damaged due to the gas lift not being packed in a protective cover and as a result had cut the upholstery.

Could be excellent
This would be excellent if it was not for the fact the cursor keeps turning on when not wanted and interfering with the other functions.
