Water Tech SPAVAC127 Pool Blaster, Spa Vac

No Real Warranty

I had to call the company from box opening. It didn't just "turn on." I had to find the one and only "sweet spot" that allowed the battery to power up the unit. Every time I used it, after I had it under water and vacuuming, it would stop. I had to pull it up out of the water to adjust the location for it to power back up. Then, after less than two months, the O-Ring failed, and the battery chamber became corroded. The company really doesn't do anything to help. You bought it, it's yours -- win or fail. It worked well when it worked and then it didn't. I would NOT recommend this vacuum. If my dad were still alive, he would have cleaned all the corrosion out and rebuilt the thing so that it would work properly -- as it should have in the first place --- but he is not, so this vacuum was, simply, garbage.

Short life and high repair cost reduces the value of this product.

Purchased brand new with a 2 year warranty. At 2 years and 1 month - two white screens! $110 to send into Nintendo for repair. It would be 5 stars if it weren't for its recent death.
