Works as described
2 of 2 found this helpful It works as described. But I have to take 3 in order to develop properly.
But you don't get any cramps or urgency to go.
I do take it before going to bed and I know it will work by the morning. It takes approximately 8 hrs to slowly go into the digestive system.
I am very happy with this item. Some others will give me cramps and sometimes it wouldn't work. To me this a gentle and safe mode to regulate your bowel irregularity.
