If buying from them, check out the availability of support before you shell out the extremely high price (many times higher than the last Zip I bought

Zero support from the central headquarters. When trying to set it up, the techie at the other end confessed "you have a 'newa' Zip that is no longer supported by our tecnicians. If you need help setting it up, I'll try to help, but don't bank on it.'
