Before purchase, seller answered question succinctly. The item is as described. The hard drive product shipped in a USPS padded envelope, resulting in light crushing of box lid. Would have preferred shipment in a cardboard box and padding. Fortunately HD was unharmed and is functioning normally. Appreciative of the seller's prompt shipment and delivery a week earlier than projected.

The item is New and a good buy. The seller gave me a discount that made the price a lot better than others listed on auction. It was one small hitch on shipping but after I contacted the seller asking for a tracking number, he shipped the item the next day so he shipped it 4 day shipping making up for the six day delay in shipping,, So I am well pleased with my order and would buy from the seller again!!!
