Consew , the best machine & great price!

This machine is perfect!! our old one is 30 years old and finally gave up the ghost after daily use making boat and pontoon covers. This new one came well packed and has been working perfectly from 30 minutes after it arrived!

not what I expected, but interesting.

I love to cook healthy for my family & self. I am beginning to experiment with fermented foods as advised by my doctor. This book is 5.25 inches by 6.75 inches. It has 59 pages. It gives basic recipes and tips about fermenting your own items... like sauerkraut, miso, sourdough bread, brine pickles, sour cream, buttermilk and CHOCOLATE!? Oh.. and compost. Not what I expected, but an interesting little book. There are several other recipes also. I think this is nice for a starter book with information I can expand on.
