  Ordered an oil filter on 22/12/23, costing £6.99 + £3.00 delivery which was paid on ordering. Product then spent a couple of weeks at Edinburgh mc as it was rejected. Requested a refund or replacement to be sent. The seller agreed to send another, but didn't. January 16th I receive a card from royal mail requesting £3.50 for a package to be delivered. It was the original order for which I'd already paid delivery. Seller is unresponsive to my messages.
