Despite contacting seller, this has not been resolved by way of a refund. Her position is that the item left her intact and I now have to stand the loss. Not actually my problem. Not to be trusted and certainly does not take responsibility. By law if the item is broken in transit then it is not the responsibility of the buyer to absorb any costs.
