Incorrect Item.
This remote is a genuine Panasonic item but IT ISN'T THE CORRECT ONE OR EVEN A REPLACEMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL TOUCHPAD ITEM SENT WITH THE 320. This remote has two buttons missing for vital functions of the 320 unit so Netflix and Internet cannot be accessed as they should be.

Switched on.
Good item which works well but let down badly by lie filled and badly written and worded instructions that on the whole make no sense at all. It would have been better if the instructions had been written by an English speaking person.

Its all torqued out.
8 of 9 found this helpful This item is underpowered for its intended use and its torque rating is way out, I would say its real torque is less than 25% of its stated torque. It hammers/impacts just once and then stops, but the motor still takes power until the trigger is released and pressed again and then it hammers once again and if I hold the socket I fit to it I can stop it after its hammered/impacted once. It should keep hammering/impacting as long as the trigger is pressed and until the nut is undone and also I should not be able to stop it with my hand. Its an absolute waste of time for the job its sold for. If anyone wants an electric impact gun go for one of many others in the market.
