Gen 5 Glock OEM Slide Lock Spring 6312

A quick fix

The design of the slide lock on the Gen 5 Glock has been updated to a small coiled spring from previous versions. While maybe an improvement in some aspects, when removing the slide lock the spring, being under tension, can launch- imperceptibly. They are almost impossible to find once they have rocketed from the gun. it doesn’t happen each time but it’s best to have a spare around in cases where it does. This spring is an OEM part so fits perfectly. Buy with confidence.

At first glance this flange appears to be an extravagant and overpriced part. However, upon inspection, it is a high quality piece and a permanent solution to cracked or broken original equipment flanges. The quality is unsurpassed including shipping and packaging. They are easy to install. It is a rare treat to find items of this quality these days. The only problem is once they are installed, they are no longer visible and as nice as they look, it is a shame not to be able to see them. Yes, they are expensive but the value is evident in spades. I couldn’t be happier and gladly give my endorsement.
