they need a stretch
I bought the XL size ( largest they had ) as I didn't want something clingy however they felt more like a 14/16 size
I washed them and gave them a stretch and that has helped a bit, maybe more washing and stretching will make them feel more comfortable

doesn't help all arthritic problems
did not help my arthritic fingers - may have helped my knee a little but knee is not a big problem

really like this adds volume but keeps hair soft - a but pricey but don't have to use much and it is a big container
