Laptop 54mm Express Card ExpressCard to 3 Port USB 3.0 Adapter

Prompt shipping, well packaged and received exactly what was pictured. No instructions. So far unable to get card recognized by Win 7 64b laptop. The card does not retain in the slot as others do. Even by forcing the card to stay in place it does nothing. The Panasonic CF-31 Mk II has all the correct drivers and trying the supplied CD gives the message "Express Card not present. A video capture card work fine in this computer. WIDE ranging pricing here on eBay so I will try a $5.98 one while looking for a used name brand card.
