15m 4k HDMI

I have 15m HDMI cables that are jittery at best. I bought these to boost the signal, but no picture appeared when they were added.

Does not play video

IOS 11 mirrors perfectly to my TV but sadly video does not play from the TV app, iTunes or Netflix.
