DEF LEPPARD - The CD Collection One - CD new and sealed

Good box, but with little previously unavailable
This is a very comprehensive package of what Def Leppard did until the end of Hysteria. Although it suffers from both Pyromania having a deluxe edition where you can already obtain the live disc, and the deluxe edition of Hysteria having all the b sides and remixes, so it is really the first half of the rarities disc that will be of use to the collectors, as well of the 3 inch disc of their first recordings. The packaging is good, and you do get the lyrics for On Through the Night. If you can get this at a good price, it makes any existing purchase of the first 3 albums redundant, especially if you have the deluxe edition of Pyromania. You don't get the lyrics of Pyromania which is only available on the standard issue. Otherwise the liner notes are good and the packaging is of high quality. If you can get this for £25 or less it will be worth the money. The complete track listing is on the back of the box, so they are very honest about what it inside!

If you ever feel that all Graham Bonnet does is scream his head off, then listen to this to hear how he can really sing and puts all those X Factor guys to shame. Here he sings originals and mostly covers in a very classy way to offer some amazing singing and superative versions of great songs.

Terraplane - We Survive
This is a great set of the two Terraplane albums plus most of their single b sides and a few live tracks. Only a few Terraplane tracks remain elusive, but overall this has some outstanding tracks from the future Thunder trio of Danny Bowes, Luke Morley & Gary Harry James. This shows what they were like in the early days and what they were like not quite so heavy as things like "Talking to myself", "Couldn't handle the tears" and "Hostage to fortune" show. The extra tracks are worth the price alone as they are all entertaining and good value.
