  The seller didn’t send the item, I contacted them to ask when I could expect it to be delivered, the reply was that they hadn’t received the email confirmation to tell them I had made a purchase, they then sent me the wrong item completely and when I messaged the seller once again an out of office for over a month was returned. I therefore contacted eBay help who sent a returns label, I am waiting to see if the seller acknowledges the return and refunds the money for the item and postage.

  I didn't receive the sale email, that's not a lie. I apologised that it hadn't been sent and then sent out a loads of parcels that got mixed up. Ebay contacted me, I accepted the return and you got your money back.
